Which payment methods do you accept?
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards. Including accelerated payment methods such as PayPal and ShopPay.
How long will my product take to arrive?
Depending on your location you should expect to receive your package within 7-10 business days.
Which shipping couriers do you use?
We primarily use Canada Post but may use other major couriers such as UPS and FedEx dependent on the size of the order and shipping location.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada: Shipping is a flat rate of $15
United States: Shipping is a flat rate of $20
International: Shipping is a flat rate of $25
Do you accept returns?
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@twofaced.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@twofaced.ca with your order number and the details of your request. We will review your request and let you know if we are able to make the changes.
If your order has already been shipped, you may be able to return the item(s) for a refund once you receive them. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Please note that if you cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
